Refund Policy

This document applies to Remote Software Career Program, operated by Rivaan Indian Pacific Pvt. Ltd..

1. Program Fee

The program fee is ₹999 for lifetime access after admin approval.

2. Manual Payment Verification

After registration, learners receive payment instructions by email. Access is activated only after the learner replies with valid payment proof and the admin team verifies the payment.

3. Refund Before Access Activation

If you have paid but your access has not yet been activated, you may request cancellation and refund by contacting us with your registered email address, mobile number, payment screenshot, UPI transaction ID, and reason for cancellation.

4. No Refund After Access Activation

Because this is a digital recorded program, fees are non-refundable once lifetime access has been activated by the admin team, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by us in writing at our sole discretion.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If a duplicate payment or clearly incorrect payment is received, contact us with proof. After verification, eligible refunds may be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

6. Misuse and Policy Violation

No refund will be provided if access is suspended or revoked due to account sharing, unauthorized distribution, abusive behavior, false information, attempted piracy, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after verification. Actual credit time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or UPI system.

8. How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to contact@indianpacific.in or WhatsApp +91 7990995841. Include your registered email, mobile number, payment proof, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
